The Sit Tight™ Weighted Lap Pad (Yoga) – delivers grounding, focus, and sensory stability in seated yoga, meditation, and adaptive movement. Designed by an occupational therapist, this lap pad provides gentle, evenly distributed deep pressure stimulation (DPS) to calm the nervous system and anchor the body—ideal for chair yoga, trauma-informed classes, or breath-based practices.  The pocketed chamber design gently keeps the PET pellets evenly distributed, providing consistent and soothing deep pressure. For added safety and durability, the pellets are securely double-contained within internal "bean bags." Made with care, all materials are non-toxic — the PET pellets are free of BPA, phthalates, and lead.

Its contoured fit with adjustable waist strap stays in place through movement, offering reliable proprioceptive input without distraction.
